how quickly will i receive my order?

If we have your choice of album in stock we will post it out the next working day after you have made your purchase. On occasions we can post out on the same day, but there is no guarantee. All of our products are assembled by hand in the UK - they’re not mass-produced. If you order an album we don’t have in stock it can add a further day to despatch as we will literally have to make it. Special/unique orders also take a little longer. However, we will always contact you about any delays.
which delivery service do you use and where do you ship to?

All orders are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service. We provide you with the tracking number. Please note: We ship to UK addresses only.
how much is post and packaging?

You pay a flat rate of £4.50, no matter how many items you buy.
my item arrived damaged. how do i get a refund?

Send a photo of the item as proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving it and we will post a direct replacement. If you prefer a refund, return the item within 30 days of delivery by a tracked service. We will refund the cost of the item and post and package. However, the cost of returning the item is at your expense.
the album i’m looking for isn’t available in your shop. can i place a special order?

Yes, you certainly can. Send us an email with details of the album title and artist. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours (usually much faster).
